Need alterations to take in the shoulders of a vintage, white leather jacket/long-line blazer that had big shoulder pads. I removed the shoulder pads and need the shoulders to be taken in around 4 to 5 cm (narrowed) for a tailored fit. The jacket is Size: L, I normally wear a size 10 womens AU. In the front facing photo - i have pinned one shoulder up (left in photo) - to show the difference. I have this jacket that I adore but the zip is really crappy. I went to go to an alterations place and they said due to the non standard length they wouldn't be able to replace it with a quality zip. So I thought I'd pop it here if anyone would like to give it a go! The main issue is that the zip keeps getting caught so easily when I zip it up. *Suit someone with experience with sewing, joining and cutting and measuring fabric materials etc. maybe won’t need to sew im not sure it’s upto you how it’s done Job doesn’t have to be perfect but a good job is required. We need 2x floor covers made in total. I will give you previous one to copy. Once it’s made up it needs to have velcro (supplied) stitched to the edging the same as the template I will give you. The material dips down from the frame of scooter to create a bucket like shape at your feet for storing items. You can take it all with you for a few days to complete the job if need be. I’m easy I will give you previous cover also so you can measure, cut and copy it. I will supply the fabric and Velcro. Send me your offers :) - Due date: Flexible

I got a brand new dress today actually from Forever New. And in trying to do it up the zipper has completely come away from the material and split if that makes any sense!! It's a stupid flimsy zipper anyway so I'm happy in a way coz I'd rather it be completely replaced 😊 - Due date: Flexible
