Hi Lovely Dressmakers, I need a quote on how much are you charging to remove 2 layers of hard tulle from my dress (body & skirt) then replace it with 2 layers of soft tulles that I bought separately. The dress is needed by 7 September, happy to take the dress & tulles to your place/shop. Attached below are images of the dress & tulles that I want sewn to the dress. The flower layer will be sandwiched in between the dusty rose satin inner layer and the pink pearl tulle outermost layer. Thank you.
