We require urgently the assistance of a Virtual Assistant / Personal Assistant for a fixed period preferably based on the Northern Gold Coast with future opportunities for a Sydney (Western Sydney) VA position. What you will do: As a general VA / Personal Assistant, you will help us with the day-to-day operational tasks including but not limited to: • Primarily Admin focused roles with filing and digital scanning to archive folders business cloud and NAS system. • Managing our social media accounts including running ads and content creation • Data entry for updating customers details, book keeping in Quick Books Online • Appointment setting assisting the manager in business / personal appointments. • Assisting the manager in planning a move tasks to include, will be using a spreadsheet and project management. • If you enjoy getting a best deal and bargain will need assistance / contacts with quotes for transport moving items down helpers unloading / loading etc. • Assist with organizing a service office address etc. • Any other ad hoc tasks as required from time to time What you need to be successful: No two days will be the same and we need someone that can think on their feet and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Essential Skills: • Strong research skills , in getting accurate information quickly and efficiently • Enjoys the chase of bargain hunting and getting a good deal (Who doesn’t?) • Lived in either Gold Coast or Sydney < 3 yrs. • Exposure to Project management an advantage. • A good coordinator, who just gets things done, and have fun in the process,. • Previous experience using, Gmail as well as MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel and using the internet. • Strong use of communication in email / social media notifying of business operation changes. • Previous administration, coordinator or secretary skills in digital scanning and archiving to Hard disk drives and cloud services. Project 10 Hours @ $25ph Initially - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 30 June 2022
