I need a responsible proficient typist to assist me with reports. The reports use pro forma documents in Microsoft WORD. I dictate ad hoc. In other words I have to think on my feet. So there are some pauses. The job is not difficult and I am a very laid back gentleman. My office is in my home at Hope Island so if this is an issue please don’t apply. I have to do an affrivdavit for a court matter . I need someone who can type as I speak because when I do it I miss out so much and its a very sensitive matter to me . I need someone tomorrow (Wed 23 Dec) to come to Southport Gold Coast to work on word processing (copying and pasting mostly). Will need to bring your own laptop. Start at 9am or earlier, minimum 4 hours work (likely 6 hours, and much more work on subsequent days for the right person).

We will have to update a stock take list together, and you will be working from this list alone in answering messages as to what is available. You will have to keep written records Of inquiries and sales. A lot of typing is involved you may have to google or make a few phone calls . I need some personal correspondence caught up on as well so there may be some paperwork or forms etc to do. Can’t think on everything that needs doing but it’s basically all typing and replies to various forms of correspondence. If you have a laptop you could bring that would be appreciated. . You’ll be working with me as I need to help you answer some of emails or messages while I do other things . Experience with messenger and Facebook is a MUST . Some of the time of the task I might need some help with just a few basic house chores. I have quite a bit on this week and people coming to the house for various reasons and don’t quite have the time . So just a bit of light house work or some tidying up will be involved. If you are available again this week and complete this task properly I would be happy for you to come again if you wish .
