When reconciling accounts in MYOB, it’s easier if each transaction on the bank statement shows a running balance, as it helps match entries to the software’s records. Since credit card statements usually only show individual transactions without a balance after each one, it becomes harder to identify discrepancies and confirm the correct reconciliation balance.
