Need to have garage door fixed. One of the springs of my double garage door is broken with a loud noise and unable to use the door anymore. I would prefer to have both the springs replaced. (Current Spring is 25mm outside diameter)

G'day. I’ve got an older manual garage door that still works perfectly well, but I’ve noticed one of the nuts behind the twist handle has fallen off (photo attached). It’s probably only a matter of time before it causes issues, so I’d like to get it looked at and serviced properly before anything breaks. Looking for someone experienced in garage door maintenance to: - Inspect the overall mechanism - Replace missing nuts/bolts if needed - Lubricate and adjust moving parts - Check and if needed, tighten cable tension - Make sure everything’s aligned and operating smoothly The last service (about 5 years ago) took roughly 45 minutes, so this should be a fairly straightforward job for someone who knows what they’re doing. I’m not looking to install a new door.

Hi, I manually locked my garage door and now I'm not sure how to unlock it. I need someone with experience in garage doors (manual locks, openers, emergency releases, etc.) to come take a look and help me unlock it safely. Here are the details: The garage door is currently locked — not opening via remote or manually. I believe I used a manual/internal lock but not 100% sure how to unlock it now. Took garage door down to access ceiling and now as put it back doesn't work as it was. I believe issue with tension as need be doing.
