The garage door is a single door and operates fine as in I use it everyday, I also have no internal access so will need to be able to open the door if the power is out. Panel lift door, a couple years old. Came out of alignment when lifting in power failure. One cable loose, the other tight when door is not 100% down. Both cables still on drum. Tell me your experience in general, and specifically with panel lift garage doors. Time estimate 1 hour max. I’m unlikely to accept a higher offer, but if you think $50/hr is unreasonable, please tell me why.

Garage is 8.5m long by 5.5m wide with manhole to put insulation. Prefer high rating, and insulation on garage doors, there is a double door and a single door.
