Garage door is stuck, can hear the door chains move when the remote button is pressed, but does not work

Needing someone to fix our electric garage door. Motor whirring is humming, but the chain/belt doesn't move when the button is pressed to open it. Could be an internal drive gear issue needing to be fixed.

I've accidentally put my garage door on manual mode and can't seem to get it to go back to working with the remote, just need someone with the know how to get it back on track. I'm sure it still works fine, the chain visibly moves when I push the clicker but the door doesn't move with it. Probably a 5 minute job for someone who knows what they are doing.

Garage door remote has stopped working and needs reprogramming/resetting. Both wall mounted clicker and remote clickers all reprogrammed. Motor is still installed and working as new, just need someone to troubleshoot and sync the remotes again and get it opening and closing correctly. Garage door brand & model: RHYNO 1200 T (Dandenong Garage Doors) Prefer someone with experience in garage door systems.

replace the sectional door springs for a door that is 2100x5000

One of the garage door springs have popped off. The screw came looseon the piece that secures it in place and just needs to be screwed back on. The spring is too taut for me to put in place myself, needs someone who is experienced with them as apparently quite dangerous if you don't use the proper tool to unwind it.

Pair garage fob with garage

Current door 203cm high, max height 210cm. Width brick-to-brick 84cm. Need a new frame/jamb as well as door. Possibly need to raise the frame about 10cm to get above a concrete ramp/lip at the entrance. See images. Cheers
