Find a professional garage door installer in Inner South Melbourne

I have a single roller door and a chamberlain DIY motor garage door kit from Bunnings. I need somebody to come and install it for me. There is clearance to install the motor and easy access to the garage from the street + space in the garage. The only thing to note is that the bolts were released while the door was down, so it is not currently rolling up properly which will need to be addressed before installation Thanks

As per photos current door is falling apart so need someone to Supply and Install Primed Door (including installation of door handle with key locks - you'll need to supply but happy to use existing locks from the old door if that will work). It is the side door entry to my garage. Not sure how much it will cost so give me a quote. Looking for a cheap solution / option for a door that I rarely use and do not care about it aestethically. The hinge is coming off the frame as per photos in case that complicates things. Measurements: Approx 82.5 x 204.5 x 4cm

One extension spring on my tilt garage door has fully detached — the spring, anchor bolt, washer and rubber bumper have come off at the top anchor point and the spring is sitting on the floor. The opposite side is intact and working, so there’s a reference to match against. Need someone experienced with garage door springs to: • Supply/match correct anchor hardware (part-thread hex bolt, mudguard washer, nyloc nut) etc • Refit and tension safely, door open/supported • Check the working side too, since springs are a matched-age pair Appears as though the bolt has bent and come loose, spring and frame appear to have no damage. Just needs to be reattached

It won't open, and it looks like the two large springs on the left-hand side have come off. The large bolt that holds the springs in place also appears to have snapped.

Sand the surface smooth, apply a rust-inhibiting metal primer, and finish with a high-quality exterior latex paint. Primer and Paint will be provided, please share any examples/ pics you have of doing this previously

The wall mounted header bracket has come loose and I need assistance reattaching it. I don't know where the screws have gone.

We are locked out of our garage as the remote stopped working; and there is no alternative access to the garage through the house. So we need someone who can open the roller door and reprogram the remote. Ideally if you can cut a key to match the lock, as backup, that would be ideal. - We have tried replacing the batteries already. - Locksmith inspected the remote and said it's in good working order, frequency is fine, no need to replace it. - Understand it needs to be reprogrammed; but to do that we need access to the garage. There is a keylock on garage roller door but we were never provided a key. It's an owner-occupied place.

Garage door is stuck, can hear the door chains move when the remote button is pressed, but does not work

Needing someone to fix our electric garage door. Motor whirring is humming, but the chain/belt doesn't move when the button is pressed to open it. Could be an internal drive gear issue needing to be fixed.

I've accidentally put my garage door on manual mode and can't seem to get it to go back to working with the remote, just need someone with the know how to get it back on track. I'm sure it still works fine, the chain visibly moves when I push the clicker but the door doesn't move with it. Probably a 5 minute job for someone who knows what they are doing.
