General External and internal cleaning

Our lounge room has a racked ceiling and at the high point there are some windows that I can't reach with small pull down blinds. The windows and blinds all need a good clean. The height to where the windows start is about 3 metres so you will need a tall ladder. The windows themselves are not very big (about 60 cms high by 1 metre wide) and there are 6 of them.
