Hi all, I’m renovating a house ( currently empty) and need to remove wallpaper off the walls in 2 rooms before painting. I’m working on other jobs but would appreciate someone taking this off my to do list. These will need to be removed with steam wallpaper remover. I will hire one from Kennards to make it easier. Bedroom 2 and the lounge dining room ( wallpaper is under paint). Sometimes removing wallpaper marks the walls with scraping. We will patch anything needed later. Also will need to wash the walls down to clear up any glue left. I can supply everything for that. Attached are floor plans to show you size and a couple of pictures. Need to get this done on Saturday/Sunday if possible. Thanks Andrew

Preparation and painting of one bedroom (4 walls, each approx 3.5 x 2.5 meters + architraves, skirting boards, window sill and door) + wallpaper (paper) removal from 1 wall prior to painting. Preparation to include: light sanding of walls and picture rail / skirting boards; filling / patching / repair of any cracks (if necessary), removal of wallpaper and glue etc from 1 wall and any required cleaning / preparation for painting following removal. Painting to include 2x coats of paint. Single colour on walls (matte / low sheen) + different colour on trim (architraves, sills, picture rail, skirting, door) in satin / semi-gloss. We will provide the paint. You will need to bring all drop sheets, wallpaper removal equipment, painting equipment etc.

Have purchased 2 rolls of the pictured wallpaper, it is due to be delivered on the 10/4. Require it to be installed to the 2 pictured walls above the panelling - about 1550mm of height between the panelling and ceiling to be covered, the walls are around 2600mm and 2300 wide however, there is a 1500mm window in the centre of one. The other has the pictured ac unit which will need to be wallpapered around. Hoping to have the job done once the wallpaper arrives on or around the 10th. Used online calculators to estimate the required amount so there should be enough, however if there isn't, only the one wall with the ac will need to be done.
