Looking to get this picture hung on the wall over our stairs. Quite high up so will need ladder that’s suitable!

Install basic white melamine shelves into existing wardrobe. Photo 2 shows the desired build with shelving on the left side and a rail on the right side, separated by a divider in the centre. Needs 2 small shelves installed on a brick wall. The first holes were drilled fine. The second holes seem to be hitting a metal plate. I want to make sure I'm not hitting wiring or a pipe. This is a brick wall, i need someone confident in detecting studs and electrical cables begore drilling. Hang a heavy mirror on a wall in my apartment. We’re not sure if there is a stud on the wall. Mirror is: H: 133cm W: 103cm
