hang pictures in an apartment, between 15/20 pictures - Due date: Flexible

Hi there, I have a few handyman jobs which need to be done. They are: 1) Hang a picture (~1m x ~1m) on wall above couch (see photo of wall - note: hooks in the photo were existing when we moved in and wouldn’t be adequate for this picture). This is a relatively large and heavy wooden frame, to be hung on the lounge wall. (Please only sign up to this job if you’re good at hanging frames straight!). 2) Change 2x lightbulbs, as I can’t work out how to remove these specific bulbs - one bulb intact, the other bulb is partially removed after breaking (see photos). 3) Secure a power cord around a doorway. (I’ve tried using electrical tape but it just comes off - see photo). Please note - payment to include all materials except lightbulbs. For (1), happy for it to be hung with your choice of hooks etc, but please note the frame is relatively large and heavy. For (2), I potentially have some lightbulbs, but as I’m not familiar with these fittings they may be the wrong kind. If so, happy for you to just remove the existing bulbs. For (3), I would like the cord secured with tape (white or clear only) rather than nailed down. This would need to be more secure than electrical tape which peels off. We have off street parking available during business hours, otherwise there is free on street parking available at the front of the property. Thank you!

Need to get 2 large pictures professionally hung and 1 mirror. Need to bring hanging wire or rope for large ones.

Need someone to help me hang up a picture approx 100cm x 50cm on the wall, less than 10kg and pretty light. It has a wire at the back to hang it. I just need you to supply the hooks and nail/drill them into the wall so they’re level. Thanks!

I have white double brick walls and Im looking for someone to come put some picture hooks in the walls (about 10-15 hooks), as well as hang a heavy mirror. You would also need to supply the hooks.

Need to install wall plugs in our apartment (we’ve got permission from estate agent). Tried myself but drill keeps stalling , assuming because it’s cheap and so is the bit. Don’t want to botch it any further. Got the 5mm plugs/screws, just need the holes drilled and them installed. If the hole I’ve made could also be fixed up that would be great, as I think it is now too wide for the 5mm plugs. Perhaps if you have any wider plugs please bring.
