Our event involves participation from multiple universities, where their students are honored with Honorary Doctorate Awards on stage. Based on this, we have three main requirements: 1. Videography (Main Stage Coverage): a) A wide-angle video recording of the main stage, covering the entire award ceremony from start to finish. b) Audio should be captured clearly, including everything the anchor announces and when the university representatives are invited to present awards. 2. Feedback/Testimonials: a) After receiving the awards, we would like to record short feedback videos from awardees. b) These will be simple Q&A-style interactions about the ceremony or the award. c) Recordings should be done at different backgrounds/spaces in the hotel (e.g., lobby, food area outside the ballroom). d) The purpose of these video bytes is marketing, so we need a dedicated cameraman for this. 3. Photography: a) Close-up shots and wide-angle photos of the entire event. b) Photos of participants with their families, as well as candid moments during networking or discussions. c) Standard event coverage—just the raw photos will be fine. To manage this effectively, we suggest having two people: a) One person to handle videography and photography inside the ballroom (with a camera on a tripod for continuous stage coverage). b) Another person dedicated to capturing testimonial videos and additional photographs outside the ballroom.
