Assemble a shoe shelf and a rolling cart

Hey, I bought a swingset from someone that was old. I put it together and then I just took it back down because I was getting a pool. I replaced a lot of the cedar including the floor and stuff, but I’m worried now putting it back together. The second time some older pieces might be too rotten. I’m not sure exactly what you do if you just build new sets, but would you put something like this together and replace some stuff if you need? And also looking to sand where needed and clean and possibly stain. I can show you pictures of everything but was just wondering if you would do something like this first
