I am having my 21st birthday party at my house and I would love to possibly hire someone that is able to take the decorations I buy and other things like my banner and the balloon garland I will buy and decorate according to my vision. I am very particular about how I decorate and could totally do it myself, but would love to be surprised on the day of my party.
