Hiring an individual to assist with buffet service (refilling, organizing, maintaining presentation) and light cleanup throughout a dinner party event. The event is 4pm to 9pm

I’m looking for a group organizer who can attend a college basketball game with friends or family (kids welcome) and assist with collecting officially distributed promotional materials at the venue. You’ll attend the game, enjoy the experience, and help gather any approved giveaway items if they are distributed on the day. Details: - Tuesday, 3 Mar 2026 - State Farm Center, Champaign, IL - Arrive 7:30pm (Game starts 8:00pm CT) - Tickets provided - Food & drinks credit included (To be further discussed) - Up to 4 hours paid to the organizer Notes: - You may leave once giveaway distribution is complete. - Final attendance numbers must be confirmed 1–2 days before the event so tickets can be secured. - Task scope and hours may change depending on official event updates. We're having a dual birthday party for our daughters (6 and 8) and we'd like to hire one or two people to just help things run smoothly. Make sure trash bags are getting changed out when they're full, making sure the coolers have ice, cleaning up any spills, refilling food trays that run out, etc. After the party is over stay for an hour and help clean up.
