We have a couch placed on a dolly downstairs. We could not move it up the stairs due to lack of physical strength to do so. It is heavy, my estimate is 250-300 lbs. There is no elevator so its 3rd floor with two flights of stairs. Honestly, probably a 3-4 man job but maybe that is just my ignorance.
