Hardie Trim Repair at 281B Rose Drive, Dripping Springs, TX 78620 The homeowner’s name is Jackie Benz and the repair needed is at the rear of the condo where our landscaping contractor has damaged an ~8” length of Hardie Trim with a mower (see photo below). The repair work needed is as follows: 1. Carefully lift the damaged Hardie trim from the bottom while preserving the fracture pattern at the top of the damaged trim piece. The trim is approx. 3.1/2 in. wide x 3/4 in. thick. 2. Clean off any caulking attached to the sides of the trim piece and any that may be left behind on the Hardie Backer Board. 3. In order to avoid splitting the trim piece when reattaching to the Hardie Backer Board, drill 3 equi-spaced holes in the trim piece using a drill bit that is say, 1/8 in. smaller than the width of the thread near the tip of a #9 x 1-5/8 in. Star Drive Flat Head Cement Board Screw (available from Home Depot at $6.71 + tax for a pack of 137) and countersink the holes so that the screw heads will be below the surface of the trim piece when tightened. 4. Spread a thin layer of caulk over the length of the fracture pattern at the top of the damaged trim piece. 5. Carefully replace the damaged trim piece by matching the fracture pattern at the top and then pushing the bottom into place, and then wipe off any excess caulk. 6. Screw the replaced trim piece to the Hardie Backer Board using three #9 x 1-5/8 in. Star Drive Flat Head Cement Board screws. 7. Caulk the countersunk screw heads flush with the surface of the Hardie trim piece, and caulk both vertical sides to match existing trim, and let caulk dry before sanding screwed caulk flush with the surface of the Hardie trim piece. 8. Repaint repaired trim area with exterior paint which is Sherwin Williams Universal Khaki SW6150: note that the homeowner already has a can of the exterior paint that can be used.

Installing new exterior sheathing. Installing new siding to match the rest of the house. Tasker must have all necessary tools, equipment, and appropriate insurance. Boards on side of house needs replaced and boards for window panels. - Due date: Flexible

Have a wall that is 20 foot long x 8' tall. One door and no windows. Need outside wood of wall replaced, new door frame, and will add vinyl on the outside. Vinyl will coverv40'. Old siding and bad wood will need to be removed and placed in a dumpster on site. I'll buy materials. If this project goes well. I have another to work on
