I had some plumbing repairs done and now have four holes in my drywall that need to be patched: two are about 1'x1', and two are bigger.I am located in West Covina, near Walnut.

Looking for an experienced handyperson to securely mount two surfboard wall racks in my apartment and touch up a few small drywall holes. I attempted to DIY the mounting but had trouble locating the studs. I need a professional who can properly locate them, or use heavy-duty anchors if the layout dictates, to ensure the final setup is rock-solid and safe. Along with mounting the racks, the job includes fixing a few small holes from my previous attempt. I tried to patch them myself, but they need a professional eye to either re-patch or touch them up so the wall looks seamless again. I will provide the two surfboard wall racks and their standard mounting hardware (the boards going on them are 8ft and 9ft long), and you will have access to a power drill, drill bits, and a step ladder. The workspace will be completely cleared and ready for you. You will just need to bring a level and a reliable stud finder. Please also bring heavy-duty wall anchors, just in case we need them as a backup for placement, and a small amount of spackle or patching compound to properly finish the wall touch-ups.
