Have a house in Anderson, IN and trying to purchase a water heater from Lowes. I am stuck in another state because of job right now. Need someone who can go in person to Lowes there and order a certain water heater that I pay for and the person orders it for me. It gets messed up online because it keeps ordering it for this state. Lowes won't take the order by phone. They say they will give free installation, same day service, and haul away the water heater. But, if only can find someone who lives close by to order this for me in the store and then sit at the house while they install. It seems to be a two hour window they are saying it will take for them while at the house.
