Hi there, I have a motor scooter, the latch is broken on the steering rod. The screw has fallen out and it is loose. It folds for transport. I need it fixed. The battery works but the power button and top covering on top of the power and display has come detached. The brake handle is loose as well. The wires are a bit twiste but work. LAPED Electric scooter, 350W motor, 8.5 "dual density tires, E-ABS electronic brakes, adult commuting electric scooter - black 15-35 miles range and 15.56 miles per hour $160.65 Can this be fixed? Bike sat for 10 yrs won't start

Has a hot battery but when push start button, no response or no starter action!

Been sitting up for sometime have new stater wires battery I think it’s a small wiring problem

Bikes been sitting and needs regular service. It also doesn't start. When I attended to root cause, the battery was good, the fuel system started, but no turnover or click. I feel it's the starter. I checked all fuses as well. I did not checker starter switch.
