I had someone do an oil change and tuneup on my car yesterday. They also changed the water outlet. After work was complete we let the car run with the oil put back in, and it went straight to the ground. He thinks it’s the turbo needing to be replaced. I just want a second opinion.

My check engine light is turning off and on more frequently. My engine visibly smokes from the hood and comes through the vent. It smells like burning rubber kind of. It happens when my AC/heater is running and when it’s off as well so I’m not sure if it has to do with that. But my AC doesn’t run as cold either.

Need new rims, caliper covers, and tires installed.
