Looking for someone to help with grocery shopping and meal prepping for our family of three.

I’m looking for someone to meal prep for the month from a list of meals I have I don’t care if they are made weekly or all at once as I can just freeze the meals, but i would like it to be from three different cookbooks. I currently have or at least meet my calorie goals with foods I like. I also understand that most people would prefer to work from the comfort of there own home so I don’t need anyone to physically meet me in person as long as long as the meals can be mailed to me without spoiling

I am 6 feet 1 inches and about 195 pounds. I exercise at least five times a week and need to eat about 3000 calories per day. Aiming to have about 200g of protein and 200g of carbs per day.
