Scope includes: • Large kitchen cabinets + island • Family room built-in wall cabinet/bookshelves • Master bath cabinets • Front bedroom bath vanity • Back bath vanity • Hall bath vanity • Laundry cabinets • Game room cabinets • Balcony railing • Stairway handrail • Back staircase railing • Wood mantel/shelves on master bedroom fireplace wall • Wood mantel/shelf on formal living fireplace wall Approx sizes: • Kitchen: approx 22–26 linear ft of perimeter cabinets + 10–12 ft island • Family room built-in: approx 15 ft wide x 8 ft high • Master bath: approx 10–12 linear ft plus tall cabinet • Other vanities/cabinets: approx 3–10 linear ft each Cabinet interiors are included.
