I am in the process of moving, and my moving company determined that the sofa is too long to fit in the elevator. The movers are unable to disassemble it. What I need: Remove both upholstered arms to reduce the sofa's overall length. If necessary, partially disassemble the sleeper mechanism/frame so it can fit in the elevator. Keep all hardware and components organized for reassembly. Ideally, be able to reassemble the sofa at my new apartment if needed. The sofa is designed to be assembled/disassembled using bolts and a 5 mm Allen wrench. I have the manufacturer's detailed assembly instructions available.
