Perform Forward rolls for at least two minutes nonstop. 2. Forward rolls must be done in one direction. Please no stopping or standing up to change directions. You can roll in a large circle if space is limited. 3. A 2nd person to record is required to film you. 4. The video must be recorded in HD. A smartphone that records in HD is fine. The video must be done in a single take at normal speed. 5. Record video in a gymnasium with a large mat or outdoor park, preferably in warm climates. Additional information It's a plus if you've got gymnastics, cheer, or dance experience. There are potential extra bonuses for performing a high number of forward rolls without stopping and/or doing the forward rolls fast. If you are interested for rolling longer, let me know.
