This will be a task where you have someone film you in a gymnasium with a large mat or outdoor park, preferably in warm climates doing nonstop forward rolls. Please search on YouTube on how to do the video using the following search terms. Perform Forward rolls for at least two minutes nonstop. 2. Forward rolls must be done in one direction. Please no stopping or standing up to change directions. You can roll in a large circle if space is limited. 3. A 2nd person to record is required to film you. 4. The video must be recorded in HD. A smartphone that records in HD is fine. The video must be done in a single take at normal speed. 5. Record video in a gymnasium with a large mat or outdoor park, preferably in warm climates. Additional information It's a plus if you've got gymnastics, cheer, or dance experience.
