So i recenly bought a couple new parts for my bday, and had to replace some parts that died during the storms recently, but im not really familiar working with these parts. Have tried to put it together for a few days now and trying different diagnostic tests to no avail, and now i cant even get it to turn on but i think im just frustrated at this point. However the main issue im having when was turning on was nothing showing up on the screen. I have updated the bios and still cant get anything to work. Have tried using different parts and still nothing. Dont really know what im doing wrong. Radeon RX 7700 XT Graphics Card Ryzen 7 5800X3D CPU Pictures for the rest of the parts

Hi, I need help troubleshooting my pre-built PC. The system powers on, but it is failing to POST and sends absolutely no signal to my monitor, which I verified works perfectly with my PS5. There is a specific, strange delay where the rest of the PC turns on, but the RAM stick takes a bit of time before it finally lights up. On top of that, some of the PC's USB ports are completely dead and won't power my peripherals. Since this is a pre-built machine, I suspect this could be a loose connection, a failing RAM stick causing a delayed boot loop, or a motherboard issue. Could you please help me diagnose it?
