The dress I need made is sleeveless long three different colors and has a wide band waist. It’s Scandinavian design, but the colors are pale, pink and sage. All I have is a picture so I need the person to be able to make a pattern and make it from Scratch. The pictures that I provide show the yellow red and green dress with a white blouse underneath I’m not gonna be wearing the blouse and the dress will be sage light pink, and I’m not sure what the waistband will be. I live in Contra Costa County, but I’m willing to travel most places in the Bay Area if that helps.
