I’m currently looking for a key partner based in US who has some basic knowledge of web development and is comfortable talking with clients. Over the past few years, I’ve been building a software business with a distributed team of around 30 developers from Eastern Europe and Asia, and most of them are senior-level engineers who previously worked remotely with US and EU companies on serious projects. Recently, many companies started asking for hybrid or onsite collaboration, so I’m trying to expand the business with someone local in the US who can help with communication and client meetings while our remote team handles development. We mainly work with React, Node.js, .NET, Python, AWS, AI integrations, and cloud-based systems. Our team has a very large development capacity, so right now I’m focused on bringing in more projects and extending tasks for the team. I’m not looking for someone who needs to be an expert engineer — basic web development understanding and good communication skills are enough.
