Hi there... We are hosting a birthday party at a dedicated venue in Wolli Creek. Am looking for two / three experienced, friendly and proactive person/s to help on the night. Event details: • Late afternoon start (5pm) & would be required 30 mins before start time for run down and familiarisation of venue. • Approx. 80 guests • All food is organised. So the only responsibility is to ensure drinks are served and guests are topped up with refreshments. Tasks include: • Greeting guests as they arrive with beverages on trays - • Serving drinks throughout the night * Ensuring that the venue is kept clean by clearing paper plates into bins provided and that cups are packed away. General cleaning up. Disposing of ice and organising the bar throughout the night. Hi! We’re eloping in Sydney on the 15th of April and are looking for a photographer and videographer (or team) to capture our day. This will be an afternoon/evening gig. Required time: 6hrs from 1.30pm-7.30pm, between 5-7 locations, all travel/ tickets will be paid for by us between each location. One experienced wait staff required to assist at a cocktail party/ private function with approx 50 guests. Time and date required: Saturday, 28 March 2026, 4-8 pm. Location: Hillside VIC 3037 The function starts at 3 pm. After a formal part, finger foods will be served from about 3:30. Our caterer will cook and plate the food, top up the platters and rotate food. All platters with finger foods will be placed across a large table for the guests to primarily serve themselves. We need an additional person to assist with service and cleaning. Ideally someone with hospitality experience. Tasks will include: - Assisting caterer if required - Keeping the food and drink tables tidy - Occasionally walking through the crowd indoors and outdoors with various platters - Removing and disposing of used plates and cutlery - Rotating and cleaning glassware (quick dishwasher cycle if required) - Removing and disposing of empty cans and bottles - Cutting and serving the cake - Helping with clean up as the function wraps up - If there’s leftover food - assisting with placing finger foods in prepared food boxes.
