Custom 48” Laundry Wall Cabinet – Build & Install Looking for an experienced cabinet maker/carpenter to build and install a custom wall cabinet above my washer/dryer. Dimensions * 48”W × 30”H × 23¾–24”D * White finish, preferably Shaker-style doors * Wall mounted above washer/dryer Final measurements should be verified onsite before fabrication. Layout Cabinet divided into two approximately 24” compartments using a full-height structural center divider. Left side – Wardrobe Lift * No shelves * I will supply a 20” pull-down wardrobe/hanging rod * Lift mounts to the left cabinet wall and center divider * Center divider must be strong enough for repeated pulling/lifting and weight of hanging clothes Right side – Laundry Storage * 2 adjustable shelves * For detergent, fabric softener, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. Preferred Construction * ¾” cabinet-grade plywood box preferred * ¾” full-height structural center divider * Strong back/mounting rails * White finished interior * Two white Shaker doors * Concealed/soft-close hinges preferred MDF is acceptable for doors, but plywood is preferred for the structural cabinet and wardrobe-lift mounting surfaces. Installation Installer to: * Verify measurements and mounting height * Locate wall studs * Build/fabricate cabinet * Secure cabinet safely into studs * Install and adjust doors/shelves * Install my supplied pull-down wardrobe lift * Ensure lift operates properly and cabinet is level/secure Please provide a quote including materials, fabrication and installation, and specify the material you propose using. I can provide photos of the laundry area, wardrobe-lift details and attached cabinet design drawings. Please include photos/examples of previous cabinet or carpentry work.

IKEA Bookcase Assembly + Built-In Style Trim I’m looking for someone in Palmdale, CA 93551 to assemble and install three IKEA BILLY/OXBERG bookcases in my home office and make them look more like a built-in bookshelf wall, not just freestanding furniture. The bookcases will be white, with open shelves above and cabinet doors on the lower section. The boxes will be delivered inside the office before the job starts. Work needed: * Assemble all 3 IKEA BILLY/OXBERG bookcases * Place them where I indicate * Level the units * Join/secure the bookcases together so they look like one unit * Anchor them securely to wall studs * Install the lower cabinet doors * Install replacement knobs only if I provide them before the job starts * Add simple white trim/filler pieces to create a semi-built-in look, if appropriate * Possibly add a simple base/toe-kick trim or top trim/header * Caulk or finish visible gaps/seams where needed * Clean up packaging/debris after assembly I do not need custom cabinetry built from scratch. I’m trying to create a clean, semi-built-in look using IKEA bookcases. Please only respond if you are comfortable with IKEA furniture assembly, tall bookcase anchoring, basic trim/finish carpentry, and leveling/securing multiple bookcases together. Please include your approximate price for the full job, whether you can provide trim/filler materials or if I should purchase them, your availability, and whether you have experience making IKEA bookcases look built-in.
