My Previous Post Didn't Work Correctly. This is a Repost! The pool guy I hired claimed he was brushing the walls and floor of the pool. We never checked his work. Today discovered the bottom, walls and stairs in the pool is very dirty and requires brushing and possibly vaccum. We need to hire a person to get it done.

Been balancing my pool for weeks. pH , alkalinity and cyanuric acid levels are good. I then add chlorine and it will hold total chlorine, but free chlorine evaporates within like 3 hours. I've triple shocked 3 days in a row and no free chlorine. I cleaned leaf debris out and still won’t keep chlorine. Phosphates read as zero despite removing leaf debris. I’m out of ideas. Need pool cleaned. Please provide quotes.
