I have a control box Model ETS17 that controls shifting, tachometer signals, and engine hours for an older cummins engine in a carver boat. I am told the unit got wet even though it's mounted in a dry location. The tachometer signals and engine hours do not function and supply a signal to the dash gauges.

The vehicle is sitting in our garage with the bumper removed and old headlights out. The new headlights seem to be a high quality they’re made in Taiwan not China, but we don’t want to fry something so we’d rather have an expert look at it if it makes sense monetarily. Should be an easy job for experience, electrical mechanic.
