Graphic Designer Needed – We’re a creative-led events & experiences agency needing 2–6 hours of design support initially to help us complete current agency work — primarily credentials, capability and proposal decks. If the fit is right, there is potential for future work as needed. This is remote, short-form support with clearly defined hours, suited to a designer who’s confident, efficient and comfortable working from a clear brief. You’ll support us with clearly scoped tasks, including: Designing and refining credentials and capability decks, building proposal decks in Google Slides / PowerPoint etc (applying our brand guidelines consistently and accurately Sourcing royalty-free imagery (including smart use of AI tools such as Gamma). Creating simple content for LinkedIn and Instagram Organising design files, case studies and shared folders Occasional WordPress updates (content or layout only) This work requires someone who understands agency pace and expectations. -English as a first language (written and verbal) -Very competent in Google Slides -Proven experience creating credentials and capability decks Experience working for creative or marketing agencies -Strong eye for layout, hierarchy and detail -Reliable and punctual — deadlines are non-negotiable Comfortable working independently from a brief Available to complete the initial scope within a 2–6 hour total window You should already be confident using: Google Slides (advanced) Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop) WordPress Nice to have: Video editing Illustration Experience using AI-assisted design tools Quote hourly. This is not a basic task list setup — I need someone who understands agency workflows and can build something clean, scalable, and easy for my team to use.
