The work is straightforward: pull the head, verify its flatness meets Honda spec, fit the new MLS gasket, and reassemble the engine to torque values with fresh fluids. No wider diagnosis or inspection is required; I simply want the gasket swapped and the head’s mating surface confirmed before it goes back on. Deliverables • Written flatness measurement with the spec you verified against • Completed reassembly, fluids topped, engine started and held at temp with no leaks.
