Need experienced painter for interior wood cabinets, built-ins, railings, and fireplace mantels in Leander, TX. Scope includes: • Large kitchen cabinets + island • Family room built-in wall cabinet/bookshelves • Master bath cabinets • Front bedroom bath vanity • Back bath vanity • Hall bath vanity • Laundry cabinets • Game room cabinets • Balcony railing • Stairway handrail • Back staircase railing • Wood mantel/shelves on master bedroom fireplace wall • Wood mantel/shelf on formal living fireplace wall Approx sizes: • Kitchen: approx 22–26 linear ft of perimeter cabinets + 10–12 ft island • Family room built-in: approx 15 ft wide x 8 ft high • Master bath: approx 10–12 linear ft plus tall cabinet • Other vanities/cabinets: approx 3–10 linear ft each Cabinet interiors are included. We want exteriors, doors, drawer fronts, frames, and inside cabinet boxes painted. This is stained wood, so prep is very important. We want: • deglossing and sanding • all visible knots/holes filled with bondo or similar • sanded smooth • proper primer for stained wood • smooth cabinet-grade finish paint • clean reinstall of doors/drawers/hardware • protection of floors, counters, and surrounding areas We want a high-quality, durable finish, not a quick repaint. Please reply only if you have real cabinet painting/refinishing experience. When responding, please include: • photos of similar work • whether you spray, brush/roll, or both • what primer/paint system you use • rough timeline • whether you can do an onsite visit to verify measurements Measurements are approximate and should be confirmed onsite.
