My Internet is with Telstra. I’m using a Telstra modem and boosters. I also have a meshing system that I think might work better. I need someone to come and find tune my system and just make it work efficiently. We are a shop with wifi issues since 2021. We have given up on trying to fix the weak or non-existent connection as the service provider cannot find any issues (remotely) and cannot send a technician. We are only allowed to use the same service provider, and cannot switch. As a result, we have been using hotspot to our mobile. We have new speakers which require wifi connection, as well as a new POS system. Now we need to fix the internet issue and think the placement of the router and modem may be the issue. Looking for someone who can come and fix it set up the system. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting everything and now the internet is no longer connected at all.
