The home design is Coral Homes – Atlanta 419Q with a modern façade, and we are looking to create a cohesive modern contemporary interior style throughout the house. Scope of work may include: Interior styling concepts for the home Furniture selection (sofas, dining, beds, rugs, etc.) Decorative lighting recommendations Indoor plants and greenery selection Soft furnishings (cushions, rugs, décor items) Artwork and accessories Overall styling guidance to suit a modern contemporary home Consultation request: We would like to start with an initial in-home consultation at our current home in Brisbane to discuss the project, ideas and your approach. Please include in your response: Your rate for an initial 2-hour consultation (including GST) Your hourly rate after the first two hours (including GST) Details of your styling process and typical scope of services Examples or photos of previous interior styling work Additional information: Floor plans will be provided to shortlisted taskers The focus is on furniture, décor and plant styling, rather than structural design Planning can begin before construction completion so selections are ready for handover Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi guys, I need a kitchen designer to produce some detailed drawings ready for CNC Production as well as a 2 to 3 renders for my client to visualise the space. I posted this last week but had to cancel as client made some amendments. Please offer only if you have experience and can produce renderings, elevation drawings in PDF as well as CNC ready files. Im not yet sure the CNC format but will confirm within the next couple of days. I need this complete by the end of this week. Hi, I am looking for an experienced Joinery Designer to provide detailed internal layouts and construction drawings for several areas in my new house, which is reaching handover in April. I have attached screenshots of the floor plans with color-coded areas: RED BOX (Urgent): Master WIR (layout optimization), BIRs for 2 Bedrooms and BIR with integrated study desks for Guest Bed 2, and an upstairs Study Nook. BLUE BOX (Not urgent): Custom bookshelves & study desk for Lounge and TV Wall joinery and storage units for upstairs Activity. What I need from you: Practical Design: Focus on high storage efficiency and functionality. Must be compatible with Australian standard board sizes (e.g., Polytec/Laminex 2400x1200 sheets). Technical Drawings: Detailed 2D elevations with clear dimensions that a Cabinet Maker can use for production. File Formats: Final delivery must include PDF and editable source files (e.g., CAD .dwg or SketchUp .skp). Material Advice: Brief recommendations on cost-effective finishes and hardware (e.g., Blum/Hettich). Revisions: At least 2 rounds of minor adjustments included. Timeline: To be completed within 1-2 weeks. Please show me your previous joinery/shop drawing samples when bidding. Knowledge of the high-end residential market is a plus.
