Job: Safe decommissioning and removal of a split-system air-conditioning unit from a property with no mains power available. Details: The air-con unit is still fully connected and appears to be charged with refrigerant. Power to the property has already been disconnected, so standard pump-down cannot be performed. I need a licensed HVAC technician who can safely: • Recover the refrigerant without running the system (portable recovery equipment required) • Depressurise and isolate the lines • Disconnect and remove the indoor and outdoor units • Cap/secure pipework as required for demolition Access to the unit is straightforward (ground level). The equipment will be taken away by me — I only need safe disconnection and gas recovery. If possible, please include quote for removing the roof unit too.

I’m looking for a licensed HVAC technician/company to supply and install a Fujitsu Three-Phase 15.5kW R32 ducted system in a 3-bedroom apartment. Scope (must match the technical requirements below): • Mount indoor fan coil unit. • Install insulated copper pipework. • Install all interconnecting cabling between indoor and outdoor units. • Supply and install colour-bond trunking to conceal pipework. • Route condensate drains to the nearest drainage point. • Install an isolator power switch beside the outdoor unit. • Supply and install the outdoor unit in the agreed location (easy access). • Full testing and commissioning for optimal performance. • Removal of all packaging and thorough clean-up. Notes: • Existing ducting is already in excellent condition. • Indoor and outdoor unit locations are accessible. • Apartment has three-phase power. • Work must be completed before Christmas. • Prefer installers who can provide a manufacturer’s warranty and workmanship warranty. Please provide: • Total cost (labour + materials + unit supply). • Availability. • Licence details and recent ducted installs as references
