My Carrier branded wall mounted AC is displaying a P4 warning when trying to engage the outdoor unit/condenser. I’m looking for an experienced HVAC / building performance professional to carry out an on-site assessment of heating, cooling, ventilation and insulation for my house at 76 Princes Street, Carlton North. The house is an older terrace with limited external openings, skylights, and an internal courtyard. It tends to retain heat, and I’d like an independent assessment of what’s driving this and how best to improve comfort and energy efficiency. Scope of the assessment: Review existing heating and cooling systems (type, location, effectiveness) Assess airflow, ventilation and heat build-up (including skylights and internal spaces) Inspect insulation to roof/ceiling areas where accessible, and note likely wall insulation issues Identify obvious air leakage paths or thermal weak points Provide practical, cost-effective recommendations (eg insulation upgrades, sealing, ventilation or HVAC improvements) What I’m after: Someone with relevant HVAC, energy efficiency, or building science experience An unbiased assessment (not a sales pitch) Clear explanation of findings, either verbally on site or with a short written summary No obligation to quote for works unless requested Timing: Flexible – weekdays or weekends by arrangement Please include your experience and what your assessment typically covers in your offer.

The add on refridgerant ducted cooling system is not workimg. Hard reset and isolater switch reset have been done. No noise comkng from the unit outdoor. Am in need of a hvac tech only. Am unsure if cooling has ever worked as we arent in contact with previous owners. Unit no older than 5 years as house is only 5 years.ducted gas heating from same controller is working.

Hi, I need a qualified and licensed air conditioning technician to inspect and diagnose issue with my Brivis ducted evaporative cooling on a double story house. The system just been serviced and cleaned 3 weeks ago but it stopped working on a very hot day. Control panel still has lights for both pump and fan but I believe both are not working. Task include identifying what is wrong with the system and provide a clear, written quote for any necessary repairs including labour and parts.

See below old unit specs. This unit doesn’t work due to fault in the PCB. Looking for similar style. Name: Brevis Model (Ducted Condenser) – DONSR11Z71 , Controller (B026004) and Ducted Fancoil (DINLR11Z71) As I have been informed that the electrical assembly part (i.e.PCB) may not be available for the above model, I am looking for a new replacement with similar specs and features (nothing too fancy). I am flexible and available on Tuesday and Friday if you need to inspect.
