Air-conditioning clean - 1 unit first (more to follow) Looking for someone experienced to clean my air-conditioning units (internal and external). I have 4 reverse-cycle split systems plus 1 other unit (see last 2 photos - not sure what this type is called), however for this job I’d like just one unit cleaned first so I can see the quality of the work before booking the rest $$ :) If it’s done well and the process is neat and tidy, I will book the same person again to clean the remaining units. Ideally you: • Have experience cleaning split systems • Bring your own equipment and cleaning products • Work cleanly and respectfully inside the home Flexible with timing - any day or time is fine. Please quote for cleaning one air-con only (internal + external unit). Photos of the units are attached.

Hi there, I’m looking for someone experienced to clean and service a ducted air conditioning system in the apartment at Ryde Garden, North Ryde (residential strata building). The system is likely original to the building (around 2018) and hasn’t been professionally serviced before, so I’d like a thorough clean and general inspection. What I need done: • Clean return air filters • Clean vents/grilles if needed • General service & condition check of indoor unit • Check airflow and cooling performance • Inspect outdoor condenser (balcony access available) • Advise if anything needs further attention Photos attached are from a very similar setup for reference (this unit should be almost identical). I am looking for a licensed air conditioning technician to perform a major service on two split system units at my home. Unit Details: Haier 2.2kW (Split System) Gree 7.1kW (Split System) The service should include: Deep clean of indoor unit coils and outdoor condenser coils. Cleaning and disinfection of filters, louvres, and fascia. Flush and clear condensate drain lines to prevent leaks. Check refrigerant gas levels and overall system operation. Check electrical connections and components. Anti-bacterial/mould treatment for the indoor barrels.

Urgent. My air conditioner has stopped working. I do a hard reset where I turn the mains power off, it works for a brief moment and turns back off. I am out of town and have a key lock box for access as I currently have an air bnb guest in. Worker must be also clean up after themselves. Thank you.
