Hi there, I need someone to come and remove and reapply caulking to all wet areas of the home including: - laundry -kitchen -x2 bathrooms (x2 showers, x2 basins and 1 bath tub, 1 bathroom has a toilet) -toilet I am looking for someone who knows what they are doing and can give me a nice and clean finish. Description: Looking for an experienced bathroom resurfacing specialist or bathroom renovator for a small bathroom refresh in Sydney. This is not a full renovation — mainly resurfacing and installation of new fittings. I will supply all tapware, rail shower head, shelf and drain grate. The job is primarily labour, resurfacing and installation. Bathroom size: approx 2.4 m × 2 m Shower (approx. 1 m × 1 m) • Professionally resurface existing shower wall tiles (white) • Tiles are worn cosmetically but still waterproof and structurally sound • Repair and regrout one small section prior to resurfacing • Remove existing silicone and reseal with mould-resistant silicone • Remove existing screw-mounted soap dish • Install brushed brass shower shelf (supplied) • Remove existing shower screen and install new semi-frameless screen •All old screw holes must be sealed before installing the new screen and new screw penetrations must be sealed with silicone. All frame edges resealed • Install brushed brass rail shower (supplied) • Install separate hot and cold shower taps (supplied) • Replace shower drain grate with brushed brass grate (supplied) Bath • Resurface existing bath (approx 1500 × 700 × 400 mm) • Install new bath taps and bath spout (supplied) Vanity (900 mm) • Resurface vanity top and integrated basin • Install new basin tap set (hot & cold + spout supplied) Additional work • Clean bathroom floor tiles and grout • Clean tiles and grout just outside the bathroom where required Additional details • Shower tiles go approx. ¾ height up the wall • Walls above tiles are already freshly painted • Bathroom layout remains the same • All tapware and fittings will be supplied by me Location: Sydney Timing: Flexible in the next few weeks Please include in your reply: • Photos of similar resurfacing work • Warranty offered on resurfacing • Estimated timeframe for the job Happy to consider quotes slightly above budget for the right experience.

Painting of walls and skirting throughout - including wardrobe and doors - Replacing flooring throughout - consider lino planks throughout hallway, living and kitchen and carpet in the bedrooms - Replace fans throughout with fan/light combos x 4 and also front bedroom light replace with fan/light - Repair powerpoints and exposed cables in living area - Replace toilets x 2 - Replace bathroom cabinetry - not sure about tiling behind existing unit so this might need to be addressed and install mirror - Replace kitchen cabinetry and install dishwasher. Stove seems to be in good condition but this could be checked - Laundry - remove shelf on wall and replace tub. This room also need powerpoints moved so they can be used for washing machine and dryer rather than cords attached to the walls

Need a plasterer/handyperson to fix small wall next to door (had an old gas wall heater removed). We did patch ourselves however as it is next to door frame, the old plaster came away from the frame leaving everything on a weird angle that we don’t know how to fix, creating a hot mess. Happy for it to be a cashy, don’t mind an apprentice looking for extra coin as long as it’s done right. Also have a couple of other smaller jobs if interested including patching an old AC unit hole, however the big one is the priority.
