I require 1 ceiling spotlight and 11 bulbs within 10 ceiling lights to be replaced in the ceilings of my home. The ceilings are 2.7m high. The spot light / bulbs will need to be removed from the light fixtures, checked for type and size, and equivellent spotlights / bulbs bought (Bunnings nearby). The old lights then need to be replaced withe the new. It's a quick job, but dont have the neccesary ladders, or a head for heights. Please quote for the work involved. I will pay for the spotlight / bulbs

The timber beam inside the garage head needs replacing in order for the garage door to be replaced. To remove all slats from the front of the facades and reuse them Remove fibro from the front and inside of the head, and remove damaged framing material. Construct a new frame to replace the damaged frame and sheet with a new fibro. A new timber top jam will be required. Paint fibro sheets prior to re-fitting slats Once the slats are fitted, apply a second coat of paint.
