I’m looking for someone reliable and familiar with San Francisco to print and post 50 flyers advertising an AI startup. You should use good judgment to select high-visibility locations likely to reach startup founders, engineers, designers, and other people working in technology. TARGET AREA Concentrate all 50 flyers in South Park/eastern SoMa: - Between 2nd and 7th Streets - Between Folsom and Townsend Streets - Prioritize South Park, the Brannan corridor, areas near Caltrain, coffee shops, coworking spaces, startup offices, gyms, and other pedestrian gathering places - Prioritize café, business, coworking, and community bulletin boards where posting is permitted - Use eligible utility poles as needed WHAT THE TASK INCLUDES 1. Print 50 copies of the provided PDF on standard 8.5 × 11-inch paper. 2. Make sure the QR code and all text print clearly. 3. Cut the vertical lines between the tear-off tabs at the bottom, while leaving the tabs attached at the top. 4. Handwrite the actual posting date clearly and discreetly in the lower-right corner of every flyer. 5. Post all 50 flyers legally and securely. 6. Send me a photo and location for each individual flyer. PLACEMENT RULES - Every flyer must be placed in a distinct location. - Do not put two flyers on the same pole, bulletin board, or other posting surface. - Do not put multiple flyers inside the same café, business, coworking space, or other venue. - Distribute the flyers throughout the target area rather than clustering them all on one block. - If you are uncertain whether posting is permitted, skip that location and choose another. HIGH-VALUE-LOCATION BONUS I will pay a $3 bonus for each qualifying high-value placement, up to 10 placements and a maximum bonus of $30. A qualifying high-value placement is: - A designated bulletin board or approved posting area inside a café, coworking space, gym, grocery store, startup/community space, or similar venue - Clearly visible to customers, members, or visitors - Located within the target area - Posted with the venue’s permission If it is not obvious that a board is open to public postings, you must ask an employee for permission. In your location report, note that permission was confirmed. Only one bonus is available per distinct venue. Public utility poles, exterior walls, unapproved windows, and locations without confirmed permission do not qualify for the bonus. PROOF OF COMPLETION Every flyer must be documented separately. For each of the 50 flyers, please provide: - A numbered photo showing the posted flyer and enough of its surroundings to verify the placement - Its exact street address, venue name, nearest business, cross streets, or a Google Maps pin - Matching numbers for each photo and location, from 1 through 50 - For any claimed high-value placement, the venue’s name and confirmation that posting permission was obtained A numbered photo album plus a corresponding location list is fine. All 50 photos and locations must be provided before the task is marked complete. LEGAL-PLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS You are responsible for following San Francisco’s posting rules: - Do not use staples, nails, glue, or paste. - Use tape, string, twine, or another permitted nonmetal fastening material. - Do not post on traffic-signal poles, traffic-directional-sign poles, historic or decorative lampposts, trees, hydrants, or other prohibited property. - Do not post on Market Street or on Howard Street between 3rd and 4th. - Do not place more than one copy on the same pole. - The flyer must sit securely against the pole and not create a hazard. - Do not post on private property or a business bulletin board without permission. - The handwritten posting date must remain visible after installation. - If uncertain whether a location is permitted, skip it. BUDGET - $100 fixed payment for labor - Up to $25 additional reimbursement for documented printing and fastening-material expenses - Receipts are required for expense reimbursement - Do not spend more than $25 without obtaining approval first - $3 bonus for each qualifying high-value placement, up to 10 placements and $30 total Applicants should include a brief note explaining their familiarity with SoMa and how they would select the 50 locations.

Hello, I am looking for assistance with the kinds of tasks below. If you are really good at some but not others, I can change the work a bit. The environment is a two-story home (pet-free, smoke-free, lots of air purification) in Davis, California, near Tulip Ln. - Photograph and catalogue books and papers, objects in many bins - File objects into the correct bins; notice organizational issues - Sort through photographs and files on a Windows or macOS computer - Web research on objects, people; sometimes writing emails or making calls - Sell / give away / dispose of objects - Basic setup or inspection of electronic devices - Other data collection e.g. using an optical spectrometer - Install things like an Ethernet cable or dashcam (or find someone) This does not require lifting heavy objects. It does require: - Being okay with somewhat diverse tasks - Thinking a lot about objects - Generally noticing your own errors - Having a good eye / attention to detail - Being able to type reliably into a computer - Taking care to not drop things or injure oneself - Not being claustrophobic - Discretion, due to working in a home with my stuff (I set the task pay to $35/hour * 8 hours; it may be ongoing.) The necessary equipment will be provided.
