Gym Accountability Partner – Beaverton, OR (3x/week) Hi, I'm Josh. I’m looking for a reliable person to be my gym accountability buddy — not a trainer, just someone who can help me actually get there. I have ADHD, and I do dramatically better at building habits when someone is showing up with me. I need someone whose presence helps me get out the door and get started. Once I’m there, I’m good. Getting there is the hard part. What this looks like: ∙ A heads-up text or call before each session to confirm we’re on ∙ Meet me at the gym (after work or weekends, 3x/week — flexible on specific days) ∙ You don’t have to stay and work out, but you’re welcome to — can cover your gym access if you do. About you: ∙ Reliable and consistent — this only works if you actually show up ∙ A decent communicator (texts back, confirms plans) ∙ Local to Beaverton and available after work hours and weekends ∙ Ideally someone who actually enjoys going to the gym themselves Pay: $25/session + gym access covered. ~3 sessions/week. This is a long-term gig if it works well. I’m genuinely invested in making this a habit and will be a good, easy-going person to work with — I just need the nudge.
