LG 24,000 BTU 1560 Sq ft Window Smart Air Conditioner with Remote, LW2521ERSM The current unit is mounted in the wall not window, and none of the external vents are obstructed as the wall was modified for this purpose. The unit purchased is a direct replacement (just a newer model) with the same dimensions as the current unit. So it should slide right into the existing sleeve. Also the area is on a floodplain so the house is raised up about 3-4 ft so if anything needs to be done on the outside a ladder will be needed. To be honest Agni is supposed to do the install however they canceled less than an hour before the appointment, and the following week the installer was a no call no show. they are scheduled to do the install this Saturday at 10AM, however if they do not show up or cancel again, I would like a backup. I have been without AC for almost a month waiting on first delivery then installation.
