Looking for someone who could recreate Cher’s 1973 yellow dress Oscar look. I’m very interested in wearing it for my 21st birthday costume party! Would need it just before Easter. In terms of material I’m open to all suggestions as I’m sure your experience would know what works best for this desired look. As for the skirt part of the set this would have to be lined as I believe the reference image is slightly sheer. I need two items sewn. I don't have space to use a sewing machine. I can supply all the strapping and clips but not sure about thread to use. Belt: nothing fancy. Just a belt made with seat belt-like straps and quick release clips. Needs to be able to support some props for a costume. Harness: vest sized harness. Made with seat belt-like straps and quick release clips. Quick release clips would be used at lower rib cage area and another set below collarbone height to ensure the shoulder straps don't slip off shoulders.
