Hi, I’m looking to have a simple coffee table base made from MDF. It just needs to be a sturdy rectangular box with an open shelf through the middle (similar to the reference image). I’ll be tiling the outside myself, so it doesn’t need any finish — just solid, clean MDF construction. Key points: • Plain MDF construction • Strong enough to support tiles on the top and sides • Open shelf through the centre • Square, simple shape Approx size I’m thinking: ~100–110 cm long ~45–50 cm deep ~40 cm high Let me know if this is something you could make and an approximate cost.
