Hi, I’m looking for a professional plumber or drainage specialist to inspect and repair an outdoor drain at my property in Fraser Rise (VIC). The builder previously attended to fix a blockage using high-pressure water, but it didn’t solve the issue — it appears to have made things worse. The drain is now completely blocked, and I suspect a section of the pipe underneath the concrete may be broken. You may need to: Diagnose the cause of the blockage (camera inspection if available). Dig through the concrete if necessary. Replace or repair the damaged section of pipe. Re-concrete and seal the surface properly afterward. Please provide: A site inspection and quote for the total cost (including concrete work). An estimated timeline for completion.

My CX5 Akira has got the famous entertainment unit problem of the ghost touch where it switches channels and turns on controls without me giving it any instructions. I understand it’s possible just to replace the screen but I would be interested in options at actually replaced the whole unit to give us CarPlay as long as the rear camera still worked. I put the budget in for a repair but clearly if we’re gonna get a whole new unit it would cost more than this.
